The mats re-spawn every 10min and 10 secs I believe.
**There is an ultimate sub farming route down around Valley of Disaster fb59.
(486 439)=>(493 429)=>(508 425)=>(507 412)=>(506 408)=>(495 404)=>(493 414)=>(482 425)=> (479 419)=>back to (486 439)
This is part of the farming route which makes up a circle. Try that and see if you can finish one around in 10min. Depending on how fast and how familiar you know the farming route, you can expand that yourself
**Hill of Scented 670,636 Go up and down the beach and at the foot of the mountain about 10 locations in all around there
Mats: Antracite,Whetstone, Coke, Conumdrum Powder, Fine Smelt Steel, Primary Allow Steel, Fine Timber, High Grade Timber etc
Mobs: HuggyBunnys -avoid their long ranged magic attacks; Aurum Corselet (74): low aggro range
And yes, there will always be ppl farming so you may not get mats all the time when visiting those spawn sites.
