In the unlikely event that you have recently experienced some lag in game, u can add the following IP addresses to the serverlist.txt file:
Utopia 120 29000:113.23.156.120 15
Utopia 121 29000:113.23.156.121 14
Utopia 122 29000:113.23.156.122 13
Utopia 123 29000:113.23.156.123 12
Utopia 29000:goin.perfectworld.com.my 11
Fantasia 29000:fantasia.perfectworld.com.my 10
Note that spaces are done with Tab key and not the spacebar.
after pasting the new addresses save the file.
The file is located at: C:\Perfect World\element\userdata\server
make a backup file somewhere safe before you change the file
